We continue this celebration of recipes as our jury this year handpicks the restaurants serving the “Perfect Recipe”. Yes, it is the recipe that often seems just a dash of salt or spice away. Every one of us has often come across a recipe, a dish, that would have been just perfect but for a missing ingredient. This year we search high and low for The Perfect Recipe that has patrons coming back for more. The Perfect Recipe can make a restaurant a landmark in the city’s food map.
The right ingredients, perfect cooking technique and finally, the presentation that wins over hearts even before you take the first bite. These are just a few of the things that our esteemed jury will look at in their search for the perfect recipe. The perfect recipes can make or break a restaurant’s reputation, and strengthen its chances of winning at the coveted NDTV Good Times Food Awards 2012. Read More: About The Awards
